Payment Terms

• All fees are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan)
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees
• All sales are final, and refunds are provided only as stated in our Refund Policy

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@surfsafe.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Services until the end of your paid subscription period.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for a subscription.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@surfsafe.io. Refunds are not available for:

• Subscription renewals
• Accounts that have violated these Terms
• Accounts that have been previously refunded

6. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of SurfSafe or others
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission

User-Generated Content

• Any interruption or cessation of our Services

Class Action Waiver
